Sheffield Girls’ School Birthday Celebrations

Friday 10 March 2017, 1.30pm

We're delighted to invite all former pupils, former staff, supporters and friends to a special event to celebrate the school's 139th birthday with us, to see the school in action and to meet pupils and staff.

Enjoying our last 'See the School in Action' event

The afternoon will begin at 1.30pm with our student ambassadors giving guests a tour of the school, followed by some entertainment from our music and drama students. Guests will then have a chance to catch up with friends, staff and pupils over tea and cakes in the main school hall. We expect the afternoon to finish at around 4.00pm.

Please note that parking on the school site will be limited as pupils and teachers are all in school.  Metered parking is available on Melbourne Avenue, Rutland Park and Ash Grove.

There are many former pupils and staff whom we've lost contact with over the years. If you know of anyone who doesn’t hear from the school, I would be grateful if you could inform them about this event and ask them to get in touch using the contact details below.

We're also interested to hear your memories and see any photographs that you may have of the school’s birthday over the years. If you have any items that you would like to share, please do bring them with you on the day.

We look forward to seeing you in March!
