Amazing Athletics for Jill!
Most Improved Athlete 2009
Jill Lee-Liggett is busy celebrating her summer achievements in athletics which culminated in her receiving the end of season school trophy for the ‘Most Improved Athlete’.
Jill has collected a string of school titles across this summer:
- Sheffield City Champion in the Long Jump
- Competed for Sheffield at the South Yorkshire Championships where she received top three places in both High Jump and Long Jump
- Part of the Relay Challenge Trophy Winning Sheffield High Team
- At the Girls Day School Trust Athletics Rally, which is open to all 29 schools from all over the country, she was the individual champion in both High Jump and Hurdles and she captained the school relay team who also won that event! Triple GSDT Athletics Champion!
- As an amazing all round athlete perhaps one of her greatest achievements is that Jill was part of the South Yorkshire Combined Events team that is the 2009 National Team Champion!
