  • Parent Lifeline (Helpline for Parents) is a local service which provides a telephone listening service for parents giving advice and support on day-to day parenting issues.

The service is available from 9am to 1pm and 7pm to 11pm. Phone (0114) 272 6575 or see the Parent Lifeline website

Parking

In the interests of maintaining good relations with our local neighbours, all parents are kindly asked to show consideration when parking and picking up their daughters from school.

Please do not block driveways or sound your horn to attract your daughter’s attention.

For parents of Melbourne House girls, there is a ‘Walking Bus’ scheme in operation every morning between 8.10am and 8.30am wherby parents can drop their daughters at the Rutland Park entrance (without having to park) and sixth formers will walk your daughters the short distance through the school grounds to Melbourne House.

Corporate Sponsorship Programme

Our Annual Fund campaigns in School have been very successful over the past few years we are now responding to the suggestion from a number of parents that we also launch our own Corporate Sponsorship Programme.

Corporate Sponsorship in School enables parents to sponsor various aspects of our activities such as school events, individual pieces of equipment or to advertise their business in one of our publications.
