  • MyDaughter is an initiative from the Girls’ Schools Association whose members represent the leading girls’ schools in the UK. The heads and staff of these schools have dedicated much of their professional lives to the education and care of girls.

  • With hundreds of thousands of girls passing through their care each year, they can offer a wealth of practical information and advice to parents based on real experience.
  • They produce newsletters with topical help and advice on raising girls and many of our parents are already accessing the MyDaughter website and are finding the advice there very helpful. A book “Your daughter: a Guide for Raising Girls” has now been published to accompany the website and is available to purchase for £5.79 (post free) through the Amazon link on the MyDaughter website. The book is full of practical advice for parents to help them to negotiate the challenges of raising a daughter in the 21st century. We have a copy of the book available in school if any parent would like to preview it.
