Win, Win and Win again in the County Round of National Schools! In the South Yorkshire County round of the National Schools Netball Competition, our school made a fantastic effort. Pedal Ready at SHS! Sixteen girls from the Junior School at Sheffield High got on their bikes to polish up their cycling skills for two days at half term. The girls from Y5 and Y6 attended a Pedal Ready course organised by Bikeability, which offers cycling proficiency for the 21st century. As well as developing control of their bikes in the playground, the pupils practised in the streets around the school. They all had a brilliant time, got lots of exercise and learnt how to keep themselves safe on the roads. 17 Nov 2008
