Under 10’s Win, Win and WIN Again!
U10 SHS Netball Sheffield Champions!
The Sheffield High School nine year old netballers are celebrating becoming Sheffield Under 10 Tournament Champions along with their very proud coach and PE Teacher Emma Dickson!
Sheffield High School recently hosted the Under 10 Sheffield Netball Tournament, where their four teams (with almost 40 players) competed from the school involving nearly all the SHS Year 5’s. The teams faced other primary schools including Mylnhurst, Ashdell, St Wilfred’s, Great Longstone, Stocksbridge, St. Peter and St Paul’s, S. Anselm’s and Westway’s. The Sheffield High A and B team did very well, beating all other teams in their respective sections until they faced each other in the semi final! The A team then went on to play Mylnhurst again in the grand final to become Sheffield Champions.
