Step 3 - Assessment
On receipt of your daughter’s application we will send you further details regarding the entrance examination held in the January preceding the September intake. We make formal offers of places within two weeks of the entrance examination.
On the Year 7 entrance examination day, your daughter will sit papers in Maths and English. The papers are based on the National Curriculum and there is no need for girls to prepare for these assessments. Your daughter will have lunch with us and will have time to relax and meet other Year 6 pupils during the day.
We offer flexible testing arrangements for those families who cannot attend our January date or who complete an application after this time. We will always try and accommodate parents with additional testing dates and do everything we can to assist you with a school move at any point in the academic year.
Step 3 - Assessment
Step 4 - Offers and Acceptance
On making an offer of a place for your daughter, we will ask you to complete our acceptance documentation to secure your daughter’s place with us and to make a £300 deposit payment. The deposit will be refunded to you when your daughter leaves the school.
There are a number of opportunities for girls and their families joining the school to get to know their teachers and peers before they start with us, so that the transition to school is smooth and enjoyable for all.
