Sheffield High's Winning Stars Visit Brightstar Creative in Sheffield
Students from Sheffield High School who had won an inter-house design competition recently took their designs one stage further at the Sheffield firm of graphic designers, Brightstar Creative Ltd.
At Brightstar’s premises on Bramall Lane, the winning students from the school’s House Crest Competition saw their designs come to life and learned a good deal about the design process. The four winners were first given a talk by Creative Director Darren Pass about the company and were then able to see a range of projects that Brightstar have been involved in over the last couple of years.
The girls were also able to see some of Brightstar’s initial ideas for the school crests and they were able to share their own opinions and ideas to what they thought would work best. The girls are now looking forward to seeing how their designs develop over the coming weeks before the unveiling of the final crests, which will be used in and around school to celebrate the success of the four school house teams.
