Sheffield Young Artists' A-Level work on show at Sheffield Town Hall this week
A selection of A-level Art by Year 13 Art students Jess Downes, Taima Al-Bahri and Maddy Trigg has been chosen to be on display at the Sheffield Young Artists Exhibition at Sheffield Town Hall from Friday 13th to Saturday 14th January 2017.
Work will be on show from both current and last year’s A-level students; one of our last year’s Year 13 students, Olivia Moorhouse, has also been nominated for the NADFAS scholar of the year award (National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies).
Olivia’s artwork will be exhibited in the Mall Gallery in London from Tuesday 21st March to Saturday 1st April 2017. This particular piece formed part of her A-level work at school.
The girls’ pictures were submitted for exhibition via Sheffield Young Artists and the Sheffield Branch of National Association of Decorative and Fine Arts Societies.
