Vacancy - Teacher of English

For September 2022, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled English teacher with a passion for their subject to join our high performing staff team. This is a temporary position to cover a maternity leave and we are looking for someone to work with us for the whole academic year.

As a core subject, English is a fundamental part of our curriculum at Sheffield Girls'. The successful candidate will be required to teach Key Stage 3 English, Year 10 English and possibly a small amount of Drama at Key Stage 3.

Vacancy - Teacher of Humanities

For September 2022, we are seeking an enthusiastic humanities teacher to join our high performing staff team and deliver History and Geography lessons at KS3. The role is offered on a part time basis and hours will equate to between 0.5 and 0.6 FTE. The post is fixed term for a period of 1 year.

Both History and Geography are popular subjects at Sheffield Girls' and the successful candidate will enjoy teaching motivated students who show great enthusiasm in their learning.

For September 2022, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Business and Economics teacher with a passion for their subject to join our high performing staff team. The role is offered on a part time basis and hours will equate to approximately 0.6 FTE.

Both Business and Economics are popular subjects at GCSE and A level. The successful candidate should be able to teach both Business and Economics and will teach motivated students who enjoy their learning and are eager to expand their knowledge beyond the curriculum.

Vacancy - Teacher of PSHE

We are seeking an outstanding teacher to teach PSHE, which is a key component of the curriculum at Sheffield Girls'. The successful candidate will be required to teach PSHE to student groups across Years 6 to 11. No particular academic subject specialism is required.

The role is offered on temporary basis, to cover a maternity leave, and will be required from October 2022 until July 2023, in the first instance. The role is part time and will equate to 0.75 FTE (likely to be across 4 days each week).
