Sheffield Girls’ Annual Golf Day
Our fourth Sheffield Girls’ Annual Golf Day was, once again, a wonderful day out at one of our region’s finest golf courses, the Hallamshire. Teams from both Sheffield Girls’ and Ashdell Prep School took part this year – in all, 84 golfers representing 21 teams made up of parents, alumni, friends of the school and local businesses.
The support from our sponsors, the players and the club meant that we raised well over £2500 - with £1500 donated to our chosen charity, the Sheffield Family Holiday Fund, a fantastic local charity that helps families in crisis by giving them a seaside break.
Congratulations to Banner Jones Solicitors, who took the trophy.
We are now taking bookings for the Golf Day 2018 which will take place on Friday 4th May 2018, again at the Hallamshire Golf Club. Please email a.murphy@she.gdst.net for details.
