Year 7 Samira reaches the National Finals of the Route to Languages Languages Spelling Bee in French

We wished our Year 7 linguists (Samira Sanders - French, Aida Tesfaye - Spanish, Alisa Ivanov - German) the best of luck in the Route to Languages Languages Spelling Bee this week as they travelled to Bradford on Tuesday 2 May to take part in the Regional finals of the competition.

Samira went on to win the regional final for French! She now goes to compete in the national finals later this term, on 30 June. Congratulations also to Aida Tesfaye and Alisa Ivanov who did brilliantly in the competition.
