    Pupils at Sheffield Girls’ enjoyed a truly marvelous day in celebration of World Book Day 2020.

  3. Infant pupils showcase their pawsome creativity as they raise money for Sheffield Children’s Hospital’s Bears of Sheffield!

    Pupils in our Preschool and Infants had a beary good day as they welcomed Lucy and Sarah from the Sheffield Children’s Hospital who talked to the girls about the Bears of Sheffield initiative, why it was such a wonderful cause, and even shared some wonderful fundraising ideas.

  4. An all-singing, all-dancing Year 5 take on the works of Shakespeare

    Our Year 5 pupils recently put on an utterly brilliant performance of the musical comedy, Shakespeare Rocks, by Steve Titford.

  5. A top tech morning of networking and workshops for Year 9

    Computer Science and IT were top of the agenda for Year 9 as they took part in our annual Technology Matters event, a morning designed to inspire the girls and give them an insight into the careers and higher education options open to them with a background in Computer Science or IT.

  6. Sheffield pupils decide their future at the Sheffield Girls’/Birkdale School Careers Fair 2020

    We were delighted to host a Careers Fair with Birkdale School on Wednesday 12th February, welcoming a fantastic range of universities and industry professionals who were on hand to offer advice, guidance, and expert tips on the higher education and career paths available.

  7. Year 9 show off their flair for eco-friendly fashion at our Art & Design Day

    Year 9 took a day off lessons this term to enjoy an Art & Design Day filled with workshops, talks from industry professionals, and a very stylish final challenge! The day is designed for the girls to learn more about the varied career paths that can stem from studying art.

  8. Geology with Year 3 totally rocks!

    Our Year 3 pupils were treated to a fantastic Geology session led by Mr Speed this week, learning about different types of erosion and investigating some of the reasons why it happens and the effect it can have.
